California Voter Guide Statement

David Fennell knows how to fix Sacramento! When you elect me to be your Lieutenant Governor I will immediately focus on: 

1) Jobs leaving the state & rising costs.

2) Crime & security.

3) Land resource mismanagement leading to forest fires & farmers’ lack of water.

As a lifelong Californian who grew up Catholic in the fishing and farming community of Half Moon Bay, having made 5+ trips to all of California’s 58 counties, it pains me to see how much our fellow Californians have been suffering during this difficult period.

Yet, I have also witnessed a new growing spark of optimism stretching from our inner cities to rural farmland with a yearning desire for a changing of the guard & new leadership to guide California to our next level of greatness which can only be achieved with a new Lieutenant Governor.

Few realize that the Lt. Governor is not only the President of the State Senate but also chairs or sits on the State’s most influential economic, academic, trade, emergency, environmental & land use boards.

As your Lieutenant Governor, I will address California’s most critical issues head on by writing a new economic growth plan using our constitutional & legal powers as Chair of the California Commission for Economic Development.

My background in business & economic development combined with my election as Crime Prevention Council Chairman in the inner city gives me the experience needed to lead California to the next level. Join with me! Our best days are ahead!
